Sign up Fee
There is a sign up fee of £250.00 to get your holiday home up and running on our website. This includes adding your packages, creating your own accommodation page with images supplied by you and setting up your owners portal.
The sign up fee is for your first property. Any property thereafter will have a sign up fee of £100.
If a property is identical to a property you have on the system (same photos, same location and the same amenities) this will be added for a fee of £100.
We will take 10% of all bookings at source.
For discounted bookings booked within 4 weeks of the arrival date, our fee is increased to 25%. This is to cover administration fees and loss of earnings.
Our minimum fee per booking is £10.
Our fee will be taken from the whole package cost.
Holiday Cost: £500
Our Fees: £62.50
You Get: £437.50
Refunds to Bookings
T M Holiday Home Rentals do not manage refunds for bookings.
Refunds will be in accordance with the owners refund policy. This will be accepted by the person booking the package.
The owner of the property will arrange the refund. In exceptional circumstances, T M Holiday Home Rentals may provide a refund.
T M Holiday Home Rentals holds no responsibility if property owners declare bankrupcy, or go into administration/liquidation.
Refunds to Owners
If a package is double booked using our website, we will refund the booking fully and you will not incur any fees. This does not include manually added bookings created by yourself.
Payments to Owners
Payments from bookings received will be paid to the owns provided details during the first week of the following month.
Our fee of 10% will be deducted from your payment each month.
A statement will be available to download each month via our owners portal.
No personal payment information is kept on this website.
All booking payments are made via PayPal, direct bank transfer or cash payments.
Cash payments are discouraged.
All payments will be added to the invoice with a unique reference and available to download in our customer portal.
Owners of the booked property also have access to view your invoices.
All reviews are from visitors to the property, after their visit.
We do not hide any reviews unless the content is racist, abusive, harmful, of poor taste or factually incorrect.
Factually incorrect reviews may need evidence from both parties.
Owners have the ability to flag reviews for moderation.
